It’s never too early to start making your summer plans! The Salinas Sports Complex ticket office will open for the season at 10am on Tuesday, March 24th. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm; orders can be placed by walking up, calling 800-549-4989 or by visiting www.carodeo.com or www.tickets.com. The address is 1034 N. Main Street in Salinas.
Prices for the May 31st Monster Jam are $14 for children’s west, north and south grandstand reserved seats, $28 for adult north and south grandstand reserved seats and $32 for adult west grandstand seats and $42 for box seats regardless of age.*
The Big Week Professional Bull Riding is presented by Salinas Valley Ford and takes place on Wednesday, July 15th. Ticket prices are $10 for children in the grandstands, $30 for adults in the upper grandstands (rows 20+), $40 for adults in the lower grandstands (rows 1-20), $55 for box seats regardless of age in sections A, B, E & F and $60 for box seats regardless of age in sections C & D.*
The 110th California Rodeo Salinas takes place July 16th-19th. Ticket prices are $7 for children ages 2-12 general admission and west grandstand seats, $15 for adult general admission and $20 for adult west grandstand reserved seats.* Contact the ticket office for box seat and season ticket information.
The Big Week Kick Off Concert tickets are available online now, but will open for window and phone purchases on March 24th at 10am. The concert features country superstar Toby Keith with special guest Clay Walker and is presented by Taylor Farms. Tickets range from $35 to $90.* A discount of 20% per ticket is available for Military with identification at the ticket office window only (in person; while supplies last).
Cowboys, Cocktails, Rhythm & Rhymes, the California Rodeo’s annual cowboy poetry and music gathering, will be held at the Fox Theater, 241 S. Main Street in Salinas, on Saturday, May 9th. Doors open at 4:30pm and the evening includes poetry, music, food, drinks and more. Entertainer Dave Stamey is headlining this year and the event is presented by SSB Construction; ticket prices range from $30-$60. *
