Another sold-out crowd of over 17,000 people was at the Salinas Sports Complex for the Saturday Salute to Military Day performance presented by Tanimura & Antle. The Special Buckaroos Rodeo, also presented by Tanimura & Antle, took place on the track at noon before the California Rodeo Salinas. Haley Proctor & Madison McDonald wowed the crowd with Trick Riding on the track and John Payne – the One Arm Bandit – performed his unique act in the arena.
